Jeremy Cochran earned his Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at Harding University in 2003. Jeremy is a member of the North Carolina Association for Marriage and Family Therapist. Jeremy has specialized training in Critical Incident Stress Management and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Jeremy offers individual and family counseling. Jeremy walks with families and individuals as they work through life’s challenges such as; marital stress, manhood, sexual dysfunction, gender identity issues, depression, anxiety, grief and loss. Jeremy specializes in Christian-oriented therapy for individuals distressed by a conflict between their lifestyle and values. Jeremy is a husband and father.

Dr. Wayne is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), certified in Alternative Dispute Resolution. He served as a senior Pastor of churches in Kentucky from 1990 – 1997. Wayne earned a Doctor of Ministry degree in Pastoral Counseling from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and served as a Pastoral Counselor at Norton’s Psychiatric Clinic in Louisville, KY.Dr. Wilson is a fellow with the American Associate of Pastoral Counselors, a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and a member of the North Carolina Counselor’s Association. Dr. Wilson is certified to provide mediation services in addition to extensive experience counseling individuals, couples and families. Wayne also offers certified life coaching to individuals desiring to achieve standards of excellence in their occupation or personal life. Wayne ministers at the Statesville and Mooresville Centers.
Carol earned her Master of Science in Counseling at North Carolina A&T University . She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. Carol worked extensively as a therapist with Children & Family Services of the Piedmont in Greensboro , NC and in private practice before joining Samaritan Counseling Services. Carol is experienced counseling those with childhood sexual abuse issues, marriage conflict, family difficulties, grief and loss issues. Carol, a former teacher, has a special interest in working with families seeking deeper relationships with each other.
Kambi Swan earned her master of arts in counseling from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA and is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. Kambi has experience providing individual and group therapy to assist people in a variety of issues including; grief, depression, emotion management, anxiety, interpersonal difficulties, marriage conflicts, spiritual quandaries, trauma and abuse. Kambi has ministered to at-risk children and their families as an administrator and clinician and has served as a trainer at the local, state and national levels in this regard since 1991. Kambi has served in many leadership roles in local churches throughout her life, equipping people to discover and walk out their God-given gifts and purpose.

Laura has been the office manager at Samaritan Care and & Counseling for ten years. Laura is the warm and caring voice on the phone that people experience when they first call the center for an initial assessment. She helps people feel cared for and get what they need. Laura plays a significant role in making sure that each client is assisted with insurance billing and processes so that there are few problems and payment of service is made as simple and easy as possible in the complicated and difficult world of insurance that we live in. Laura is married with two children.
